Floor Pillows? Euros? What's the difference?

Why are Floor Pillows 26x26 in size? Because Tapestry fabric is 54" wide! Half a width is 27" SO~ The FINISHED size (sewn but unstuffed) is 26x26. THEN stuffing a pillow inflates the face and back away from each other and draws the edges INWARD. We call this phenomenon, Swell. THAT's why, in this trade, we say, "All Throw Pillow sizes are approximate." The CUT SIZE is very well known, but the finished size, as you can see, is another matter!
